The stars shine bright on me tonight
Because your the one my guiding light
That keeps me safe when you shine so bright reassuring me it’s going to be alright
There’s going to be a day when come what may it won’t matter what the people say because in your heart you know I’m going to be ok , you barley even know me but you know what I’ve been through and in my heart I don’t know what to do when I feel so blue and my heart it’s torn in two because I feel like it’s some sort of crime to be happy and sad at the same time .. joe young 19/7/22 ….. a poem about a lot of things ( mixed emotions) feeling down then happy in the space of 5 mins and also how some people in addiction don’t know your life story but understand you more than anyone else because they’ve been there .
